The Teacher

Hello! I am Keith. I did my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level I training at the Sukhmani Centre Cambridge England and at the Amrit Nam Sarovar school in France.

Before that I did one year of a three year Alexander Technique teacher training course and investigated many other mind/body techniques like Tai Chi and meditation. I did a basic course in hypnotherapy with Donald Robertson at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
