I also do more intensive one on one sessions using Kundalini Yoga and hands on work to induce super deep relaxation. This is suitable if you suffer particularly from anxiety, depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome) or especially want privacy. Three to four of these sessions a week can be deeply transforming.

Kundalini Yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the late 1960's and has been spreading throughout the western world ever since. It differs from most other forms of yoga in using techniques which are designed to be fast acting.
The benefits of Kundalini Yoga can be immense. The more work you put in the more you gain. The first level benefits are:-
Stress unbalances our bodies systems. Tense muscles and an over-excited nervous system are the most obvious imbalances but other systems are affected too such as the respiratory (breathing) system , endocrine (glandular) system and lymphatic system (removal of toxins).
Yoga affects us at a deeper level than normal exercise, it stimulates these systems into enhanced operation using an understanding of the relationships between them. This gives an all over improved sense of well being. Health problems that are caused by or made worse by stress can be alleviated by yoga.
